We respect your privacy and are sorry to see you go. If you would like to permanently delete your Agrivruddhi account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below. Agrivruddhi is an agricultural e-commerce platform that provides farmers with quality seeds, fertilisers, crop protection products, tools, and farming essentials across India.

To delete your Agrivruddhi account and all related data, please follow these steps:

1. Compose an Email
Open your email client and send the request from the email address registered with your Agrivruddhi account.

2. Send to Our Support Team
Email us at agrivruddhi@gmail.com with the subject: "Request to Delete My Agrivruddhi Account".

3. Include Your Account Details
Please mention your full name and registered email address so we can verify and locate your account. You may optionally include a reason for deletion.

4. Receive Confirmation
Our support team will acknowledge your request and notify you once your account and data are permanently deleted.

Once your deletion request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
• Order History: Purchase records for seeds, fertilisers, tools, pesticides, and other agricultural products.
• Saved Addresses & Preferences
• Wishlist, Reviews & Support Messages
• Usage Data: App and website activity linked to your account.

Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 working days from the date your request is verified. During this time, your account may be deactivated.

• Permanent Action: Account deletion cannot be undone.
• Legal Compliance: Certain transaction records may be retained as required by law or taxation regulations.
• Active Sessions: You will be logged out from all devices once deletion is completed.
• Re-registration: You can create a new account anytime after deletion.
• Third-Party Logins: If you used Google or Facebook login, revoke Agrivruddhi access from your social account settings.
