Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Opened seeds, fertilizers, or agrochemical products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

If you receive a defective, expired, or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
