Refund policy

At AGRIVRUDDHI CROP SCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality agricultural products and services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Note: Products such as seeds, fertilizers, or other agrochemical items once opened or used cannot be returned due to safety and quality concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Customized or special order items.

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Our Return and Exchange Policy offers no return of goods once delivered.

However, if you receive a defective, expired, or incorrect product, or there is a mismatch of the product, you may request an exchange. We will provide a replacement item free of cost, subject to the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence and proof of purchase must be shared with our support team.

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the product in our stock.

  • If the product is not available, we may offer a refund or alternate resolution at our discretion.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at  agrivruddhi@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your product.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once approved, you will be required to ship the product to our designated return address.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Support@agrivruddhi.com with photographs and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
