We currently ship across India. please contact our support team at support@agrivruddhi.com before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days (depending on courier availability)

Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and unforeseen logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We may offer free shipping all over India

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery can be arranged at your cost.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package and damaged/missing products

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or events beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure timely delivery.
